IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine (10-5, 3-0) knocked down 13 three-pointers in a 87-70 Black & Blue Rivalry win over Long Beach State (7-9, 1-3) on Saturday at the Bren Events Center.Â

The Anteaters, who are ranked fifth nationally in three-point field goal percentage, went 13-28 from long range (.464).
For the game, UCI shot 50.7 percent from the floor (35-69), the third consecutive game over a .500 clip.

Everybody was making shots like that and we are never going to always have nights like that, but it was good to have it at home.
