LA JOLLA, Calif. - Noah Holm led three Anteaters in the discus throw Saturday at the Triton Invitational.
 
Holm opened the competition with a toss of 52.49 meters (172-02). That mark stood as his best of the afternoon and was good for a sixth-place finish in a field of 31 athletes.
 
Kyle Tsu and Jacob Hawkins added top-12 performances. Tsu came in 11th at 51.19m (167-11), while Hawkins was 12th with a distance of 50.88m (166-11).
 
UC Irvine will be back in action next week at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 13-15), Mt. SAC Relays (April 14-16), Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 14) and Beach Invitational (April 15-16).
