IRVINE, Calif. --- Due to an abundance of caution for the health and safety of the student-athletes, Sunday's men's soccer exhibition match hosting San Diego State has been canceled.

Fans with pre-purchased tickets will be contacted about ticket options or can contact tickets@uci.edu for more information.

The match will not be made up. The Anteaters will open their 2021 campaign with their next scheduled match, Saturday, Aug. 21, hosting Cal Poly Pomona in an exhibition in Anteater Stadium.
