IRVINE, Calif. – UCI Irvine had 23 women's water polo players named to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches' academic honor roll for 2021.

In addition, UCI received the ACWPC All-Academic Team Award for having a team GPA of 3.4.

To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete's head coach must be a member of the ACWPC, while the athlete must attain a grade point average above 3.20. Divided into three teams based on cumulative grade point average, athletes earns Outstanding (4.00-3.71), Superior (3.70-3.41) or Excellent (3.40-3.20) recognition.
