LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Senior Joel Schneidmiller was named to the NVA/American Volleyball Coaches Association Division I-II All-America honorable mention team.
This is the outside hitter's fourth award, garnering second team in 2020 and honorable mention in 2019 and 2018. He joins Carson Clark (2009-2012) as the only two Anteater players to receive recognition on an All-America team all four years.
Schneidmiller is one of only two Big West players (Rado Parapunov) to rank in the conference's Top 10 in kills, points, aces and hitting percentage. He ranked fourth in kills (3.66) and fifth in points (4.23) and aces (0.32) per set, while finishing 10th in hitting percentage with a .307 mark.
