IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine out-rebounded Bethesda 63-37 on its way to a 86-54 victory over the Flames at the Bren Events Center Friday.
The Anteaters (5-1) pulled down a season-high 63 rebounds, 18 on the offense end and 45 on the defensive glass. It is the highest total of rebounds since the Anteaters grabbed 64 last year against Bethesda.
Sophomore
Andre Henry played his first game of the season and made a big impact, scoring a game-high 15 points. The guard went 4-8 from the floor and 6-8 from the free throw line and added nine rebounds, three assists and two steals in 21 minutes of action.
