MALIBU, Calif. – UC Irvine dropped a 14-10 overtime decision to San Jose State in the fifth-place game of the Golden Coast Conference Tournament, Saturday morning.
UCI finishes the season with a 7-13 record. SJSU finished in fifth place with a 7-19 overall record.
The Spartans outscored UCI 5-1 in the overtime periods to seal the 14-10 victory.

> Gornay scored at 4:03 before the Spartans answered with a goal at 3:28
> Lynton found Nikocevic who threaded one past the SJSU defense for a goal at 1:24 to send the game to overtime
Overtime
> SJSU out-scored UCI 4-1 in six minutes of overtime to seal the 14-10 victory
