UC Irvine will compete at the Fresno State Classic Monday and Tuesday (Mar. 5-6) at the Copper River Country Club.

Both days will have a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

The course plays 6,238 yards and Par 72.

The 10-team field includes Boise State, Cal State Fullerton, Indiana, Nevada, Sacramento State, Santa Clara, Seattle U, Southern Utah, UC Riverside and host Fresno State,.

The Anteater lineup will consist of Avery French, Janet Yeo, Kaley In, Sabrina Li and Jacqui Ngo.

UCI participated in the Fresno Classic last year, taking fifth with a score of 898. Janet Yeo Yeo led UCI with a fourth place finish with a 54-hole total of 217 (73-71-73), her first top-10 finish as an Anteater.

UCI is coming off a seventh place finish at The Rebel Beach with a three-round total of 915.

Avery French led the team with a score of 223 (77-72-74) earning herself a 10^th place finish, her third top 10 performance of the year

Janet Yeo leads the team with a 74.89 scoring average over 18 rounds. Following Yeo is Avery French with 75.06 mark and Kaley In with a 75.61 average.

UCI participated in the Fresno Classic was March 13-14, 2017. The team finished in fifth scoring 898. Janet Yeo and Breanne Jones both earned their first top-10 finish during last year's Fresno Classic.
