LONG BEACH, Calif. – A lone goal in the fourth period gave No. 6 Long Beach State the 8-7 victory over No. 11 UC Irvine in the final regular season game of the year at the Ken Lindgren Aquatic Center.
The Anteaters go to 8-15 overall and 1-4 in the Golden Coast Conference, while Long Beach State evens its record to 11-11 overall and 3-2 in conference play.
