Box Score IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine completed the season sweep over UC Santa Barbara with a 3-1 (25-17, 23-25, 25-17, 25-14) win at the Bren Events Center Thursday.
The Anteaters held the Gauchos to a .129 hitting percentage (47-27-155), while racking up 70 digs, seven blocks and seven aces.
UCI improves to 16-10 on the year and 10-4 in the Big West. UCSB goes to 14-11 overall and 6-7 in league play.
