UC Irvine is back in action Monday and Tuesday at the PRO Compression Invitational, hosted by the University of San Diego, at The Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe.

Monday's play features 36 holes with a shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. on the par-72 course that measures 6,947 yards.

The final round is scheduled for Tuesday off the first and 10th tees beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Joining UCI and San Diego in the field are Boise State, Cal Poly, Idaho, Loyola Marymount, Sacramento State, Seattle, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, Western Carolina and Wichita State.

Coach Paul Smolinski's UCI lineup is scheduled to include juniors David Kim, Ryan O'Connor and Jonathan Young, sophomore Chris Parkinson and junior Johnny Hyun.

Kim leads the Anteaters with a 71.67 average and three top-five finishes this season.

UCI is coming off a third-place finish at the Folino Invitational Jan. 30-31 at Industry Hills.
