● UC Irvine travels to Pepperdine Friday for a Golden Coast Conference game at 5:00 p.m. in Malibu.

● UCI hosts third-ranked California Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the season's home finale.  Anteater seniors Andrew Fisher and Brock Ivancovich will be recognized prior to the game.

● The 'Eaters were narrowly edged by fifth-ranked UC Santa Barbara, 10-9, in a GCC game last Friday night.  Junior Ryan Warde scored four goals for the third time in the past four games and junior goalie Matej Matijevic registered 18 saves for the fifth time this season.

● Sophomore Jack Trush leads the 'Eaters in scoring with 36 goals, followed by Warde with 32. Freshman Bryant Joudrie has scored 23 goals and freshman Ian Fleenor 22.  Freshman Jon Polos has 12 goals on the season, freshman Foster Hoose six and junior Christian Macias five.

● Matijevic has 255 stops in 19 starts this season.

● Following this weekend's games, UCI travels to Long Beach State Nov. 11 for a GCC game at 7:00 p.m. before competing at the Golden Coast Conference Tournament in Stockton Nov. 18-20.
