IRVINE, Calif. --- The senior continues to stay the course doing enough to earn Big West Athlete of the Week for a second consecutive week.
Kat Facey scored two straight set singles wins and two doubles wins alongside sister Ali Facey as the 'Eaters split the week with a loss to Eastern Michigan and win vs. Pacific.
Facey ran her record to 10-0 in singles play while posting career wins Nos. 41 and 42 to tie her for 24th all-time.
The award is her second all-time and second for the squad this season. No. 41 UCI takes on Cal State Fullerton and No. 35 Long Beach State this week at Anteater Tennis Stadium.
