THIS WEEK
● Saturday features the Alumni Game at Anteater Aquatics Complex at noon.
● On Sunday, seventh-ranked UCI hosts No. 1 UCLA at 2:00 p.m. in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation game.
● UCI is 11-6 overall and 1-2 in the MPSF while UCLA is 19-0 overall and 3-0 in the MPSF entering a Saturday home game against Cal.
LAST WEEK
● The 'Eaters fell in a couple of tight MPSF road games last weekend, 11-10 at No. 4 Pacific and 12-10 at third-ranked Cal.
● Kyle Trush, Larson Pfeil and Matt Skinner scored two goals each in the one-goal loss to the Tigers and Dylan Peterson had 17 saves in goal. Pacific scored the final three goals of the game to pull out the win.
● In Sunday's close loss to Cal, Kyle Trush had three goals while Lovre Milos, Ryan Warde and Skinner scored two each.
BY THE NUMBERS
● Juniors Kyle Trush (34 goals) and Lovre Milos (30 goals) rank eighth and 12th, respectively, in scoring in the MPSF.
● Senior Jared Osborn has 23 goals on the season, sophomore Matt Skinner 21, senior Pablo Carballo and sophomore Ryan Warde 19 each, junior Antoine Lena 15, senior Larson Pfeil 12 and freshman Jack Trush 11.
● Senior Dylan Peterson, with 205 saves on the season, leads the MPSF with an average of 13.20 stops per game.
ON THE HORIZON
● Following this weekend's action, UCI travels to UC Santa Barbara Oct. 31 before hosting Stanford Nov. 1 in MPSF games. Both contests have noon starts.
