Kyle Trush Named Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week

Irvine, Calif. -- UC Irvine's men's water polo player Kyle Trush has been named this week's Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week.
The junior from Newport Beach, CA recorded seven goals for the week to help UCI to a 2-2 record including wins over Pepperdine and Long Beach State.
Trush clinched UCI's 9-8 victory over Long Beach State with a buzzer-beating goal with four seconds remaining in the second overtime. The game-winning shot came after an Anteater timeout when Trush received the ball from goalie Dylan Peterson and worked a one-on-one score from seven meters. The win gives points to the 'Eaters in the Black & Blue Rivalry presented by Duke's of Huntington Beach.
UCI finished the Kap7 SoCal Invitational at Pepperdine with a 2-2 record, picking up wins over Pepperdine and Long Beach State.
