SEATTLE, Wash. --- The UC Irvine women's indoor track and field team wrapped up action at the UW Invitational in Seattle Saturday.

Rebecka Miranda placed 13th in the triple jump with a mark of 36-11 ¾ (11.27m) and Lauren Ellison was 25th at 35-5 ¼ (10.80m).

Simone Buchanan finished 18th of 42 competitors overall in the 400 meters with a time of 58.76 and Kaulyn Lee-McNeill was 23rd in 59.18.

Madelyn Sando placed 15th in the high jump with a mark of 5-2 ¼ (1.58m) and Danika Hitchcock was 22nd in the long jump at 15-9 (4.80m).

Lauren Hall finished 34th of 49 runners in the 800 meters with a time of 2:18.28.

In the 60-meter hurdles prelims, Megan George just missed qualifying for the final as she had the ninth-fastest time in 8.88.

Coach Jeff Perkins' Anteaters return to action Feb. 13-14 in the Don Kirby Collegiate Open at Albuquerque, N.M.
