PROVIDENCE, R.I. --- Matt Skinner scored three goals to lead a balanced UC Irvine offense as the eighth-ranked Anteaters topped St. Francis Brooklyn, 16-7, at the Bruno Fall Classic Sunday morning.
Kyle Trush, Lovre Milos, Larson Pfeil and Jared Osborn added two goals each as UCI improved to 7-0 on the season.
Skinner scored the game's first two goals and the 'Eaters jumped out to a 7-0 lead midway through the second quarter before St. Francis scored its first goal.
UCI faces Princeton later Sunday to close out its action in the tournament.
