Irvine, Calif.--- Chris Rabago, who played for the Corvallis Knights of the prestigious West Coast League, was named as a top 40 prospect by Perfect Game Crosscheckers. 

Ranked No. 25 on the list of prospects, Rabago returned for his second year with the Knights.  This year he helped the Knights become WCL Champions for the third time in their history.  He played in 43 games and had a batting average of .222.  Rabago finished the regular season fourth in at bats (144) and fifth in RBI (17).  Bringing a good approach to the plate helped him total 13 walks and only 14 strikeouts, enough for the second-highest walk-to-strikeout ratio on the team (.929). 

In 2013 Rabago started in all of the 'Eaters 55 games and posted a .269 batting average, sixth highest on the team.  Coming back for his third season at UCI the junior will look to have another strong year.
