MPSF ACTION
● Eighth-ranked UC Irvine travels to No. 6 UC Santa Barbara Saturday for Mountain Pacific Sports Federation game.
● UCI is looking to snap a five-game losing streak. The 'Eaters' last victory was 7-6 over Pepperdine Oct. 12 at the UCI Invitational.
STATS LEADERS
● Senior driver Mitch Wise, a two-time All-American, leads UCI with 60 goals this season. Wise, who has 222 goals in his Anteater career, ranks fourth in the MPSF with a scoring average of 3.16 goals per game this season. He scored a career-high eight goals in the Sept. 18 win at Chapman.
● Freshman Kyle Trush is second on the team with 24 goals.
● Senior Bojan Hrlec, an honorable mention All-American last season, has 23 goals on the year.
● Sophomore Tyler Mancuso has 19 goals this season, junior Jacob Mourer 18 and sophomore Jared Osborn 17.
● Junior Alan Robertson (15) and sophomore Larson Pfeil (11) also have double-digit goal totals this year.
● Senior goalkeeper Alex Kazmier has 112 saves and ranks fourth in the MPSF with an average of 10.93 saves per game.
● Junior goalie Michael Bailey has 79 stops and he is fifth in the MPSF at 10.90 saves per contest.
LOOKING AHEAD
● UCI hosts Stanford Nov. 8 (7:00 p.m.) in an MPSF game and UC San Diego Nov. 9 (1:00 p.m.) in a non-conference game at Anteater Aquatics Complex.
