Final Men's Results
LA JOLLA, Calif. --- Calvin Tan was the top Anteater runner at the Triton Classic in La Jolla Saturday.
Tan covered the 8,000-meter course on the UC San Diego campus with a time of 28:20.7 to finish 72nd.
Tanner Collins of UC San Diego won the race in 26:15.0.
Running in a pack, UCI's Blake Wanser was 139th (33:40.6), Amir Shirif 140th (33:40.7), Nick Osborne 141st (33:40.8), Rex Nelson 142nd (33:40.9), Sam Hyams 143rd (33:41.0) and Alex Tebbe 144th (33:41.0) to round of the Anteaters' top seven.
UC San Diego won the meet with 25 points and UCI finished 13th with 381.
The Anteaters travel to UC Riverside for the Highlander Invitational Saturday.
