• Tied for second in the steeplechase with a personal-record 10:43.51 at the Big West Championships
• Also a conference scorer in the 5000m with a lifetime-best 16:53.31 (5th)
• Won the steeplechase at the Beach Opener (10:50.78)
• Clocked a time of 10:45.24 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Added a first-place finish in the 5K at the Mangrum Invitational (16:56.08)
• Notched personal-bests in the 800m (2:11.73), 1500m (4:28.54), and mile (4:51.74)
• Closed out the year ranked third in program history in the steeplechase and 10th in the 5K
• Named to the Big West Spring All-Academic Team
• Made the Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll with Highest Honors

2024 (Freshman)
• Conference scorer with a seventh-place finish in the 800m at the Big West Championships
• Ran a season-best 2:12.17 in the prelims
• Had a top-five showing at the Ben Brown Invitational and Vince O’Boyle Classic
• Clocked a 1500m season-best 4:36.95 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Also competed in the 5000m (17:42.35) at the Big West meet

High School
• Multi-sport athlete at West Linn High School
• Finished third in the 800m and seventh in the 4x400 at the Oregon School Activities Association (OSAA) 6A State Track & Field Championships as a junior and senior
• Two-time Three Rivers League district champion in the 800m
• Also helped the 4x400 to a runner-up showing in 2022 and third-place finish in 2023
• Earned all-state and all-league honors as a member of the Lions’ soccer team
• Joined the cross country squad as a senior and placed fourth at the league meet
