2019 (Freshman)
• Competed in four meets
• Ran a 5000-meter season best 19:53.9 in her collegiate debut at the Mark Covert Classic
• Established a season-best 23:45.7 in the 6K at the UCR Invitational
High School
• Competed in cross country and track at Mater Dei High School
• CIF-Southern Section Cross Country finalist as a junior and senior
• Two-time Trinity League finalist in the 800m with a high showing of fourth in 2018
• Also a member of the 4x400 relay that took third in league and qualified for the CIF-Southern Section Division 2 meet in 2018

• Majoring in biological sciences
• Parents, Jade and Rick Martinez, competed in both cross country and track at UCI
• Has two siblings - Christian and Carissa
