Ramia Griffin

Ramia Griffin is in her first year as an assistant coach in 2024-25.

Griffin returns to UC Irvine after a one-year stint as the director of women's basketball operations at CSUN where she was responsible for organizing travel, film, scheduling and recruiting for the Matadors. In 2022-23, Griffin served as a volunteer video coordinator for the Anteaters who won the program's first Big West regular season championship.
 
Prior to UCI, Griffin was the head girls' basketball coach at Estancia High School and St. Joseph's High School, taking both programs to the CIF playoffs. Griffin played basketball at Bradshaw Christian High School in Sacramento and for the Cal Sparks EYBL program. She earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology prior to receiving her master's in coaching and athletic administration from Concordia in 2021.
