Making his fourth Olympic appearance

He was an assistant coach in 2008 and 2012 and has served as the head coach in 2016 and 2020 for the U.S. Men's Indoor volleyball team
 
Guided the U.S. to a bronze medal in 2016
 
Was on the bench when the U.S. won gold in Beijing in 2008
 
Team placed fifth in 2012
 
AT UCI
Served as the UCI men’s volleyball head coach from 2002-2012
 
Led the Anteaters to three national titles (2007, 2009, 2012)
 
2006 AVCA National Coach of the Year
