2025 (Senior)
• Finished eighth in the 400m hurdles and sixth in the 4x400 relay at the Big West Championships
• Ran a 400H personal-record 53.88 in the conference final
• Took third at the Ben Brown Invitational and Challenge Cup
• Clocked a 400m PR 48.25 in a runner-up showing at the UCR Spring Classic
• Named to the Big West Spring All-Academic Team
• Made the Big West Commissioner’s Honor Roll (With Honors)
2024 (Junior)
• Competed primarily in the 400m hurdles
• Finished ninth in a then personal-record 54.58 at the Big West Championships
• Ran the opening leg of the 4x400 relay that placed fifth at the conference meet (3:11.20)
at Orange Coast College
• Competed two years on the track & field team at Orange Coast College
• Orange Empire Conference champion in the 400m hurdles as a sophomore
• Also a finalist at the CCCAA Southern California Championships
• Member of the 4x100 and 4x400 relays that took second at the conference meet

• Prepped at Newport Harbor High School
• 2021 Sunset Wave League champion in the 300m hurdles and 4x400 relay
• CIF-Southern Section Division I finalist as a senior (7th)
• Ran a personal-record 40.64 in the CIF Prelims
