Kostas Kyriazis joined the UC Irvine men's soccer coaching staff as a volunteer assistant coach in early 2021.
Kyriazis coached NYRB's youth training programs helping develop players and identify regional talents and prospects. He honed his craft across Europe prior to coming stateside starting at Everton Football Club as sport scientist and technical coach of the Women's First Team and U20 development squad. Kyriazis previously came from West Ham United's Foundation and Academy Reserve U18 Squad acting as international camp scout for the club in the U.S. and the Netherlands.
While working through these endeavors, Kyriazis completed his Master of Science degree in Strength and Condition at Liverpool John Moores University. He was also continuing to enrich his knowledge and experience pursuing opportunities within Poland's Lech Poznan and Greece's Aris FC youth academies.
Kyriazis is also certified with a UEFA B Coaching LIcense and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He's also connected with Futbol Movement development and training opportunities.
