Anteater Ballpark Ticket & Fan Information

Anteater Ballpark Ticket & Fan Information

UC Irvine Athletics announced the reopening of Anteater Ballpark limited to UC Irvine player-guests and season ticket holders for the remainder of the 2021 UC Irvine Baseball season. Single game tickets will not be sold to the general public at this time.

Updated policies and procedures for games at Anteater Ballpark are outlined below. These protocols were created to comply with local and state regulations.  Non-adherence to these policies may result in expulsion from the facility.

Tickets

  • All reserved seats will be in pods.  General Admission pods on the Anthill will be clearly marked for maximum 2 persons per pod.
  • Each pod will be physically distanced from neighboring pods.
  • To ensure distancing between separate guests, each pod must be limited to a singular party.
  • All tickets will be issued digitally and scanned at stadium entrances from mobile devices.
  • Limited tickets will be available to season ticket holders and player-guests.

Entry & Bags

  • Spectator Gates will open 1 hour before the start of the game.
  • All attendees will be temperature screened upon arrival.
  • To reduce contact upon entry, only clear bags will be permitted with a maximum size of 12"x12"x6" — the size of a one-gallon freezer bag. Bags, backpacks, large purses, etc., are no longer permitted with the exception of bags carried for medical reasons or manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children.
  • Foldable chairs, blankets and other items for seating on the Anthill are still permitted.
    • Items should not have built in storage or other pockets/bags that do not adhere to the clear bag policy.

Face Coverings

  • Appropriate face coverings will be required for all fans ages 2 and above.
  • Face coverings should fully cover your mouth and nose and fit snugly against the sides of your face so there are no gaps.

Distancing

  • Fans will be seated in physically distanced pods.
  • Physical distancing should be practiced at all times at Anteater Ballpark. Fans should refrain from congregating on the concourse, where signage and floor markers will indicate six feet of separation.

Cleaning, sanitization and hygiene

  • Anteater Ballpark will engage in best practices in cleaning, sanitization and hygiene.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been added through the ballpark.
  • All bathrooms have been modified to reduce capacity.

Concessions

  • Concessions will not be sold.
  • Outside food or drink, other than a water bottle, are not permitted.
  • Re-entry will be allowed.
