2017 (Senior)
• Competed in the 400m at the MPSF Indoor Championships
• Clocked in with a personal-record 59.75
• Earned MPSF All-Academic honors
2016 (Junior)
• Notched a season-best 60.57 in the 400m at the UW Invitational
• Also ran the 400m (60.84) and 4x400 relay (4:04.01) at the Lumberjack Team Challenge
2015 (Sophomore)
• Did not compete
2014 (Freshman)
• Registered a 200m season-best 27.13 at the UW Invitational
High School
• Graduated from Beckman High School in 2013
• Lettered four years in track & field and two in soccer
• Voted her team's Most Outstanding Sprinter as a senior
• Left as the school-record holder in the 400m, 4x400 relay, and sprint medley relay
• Earned the captain's and coach's award in in soccer (2010-11)
• Team advanced to the CIF playoffs
• Received Scholar-Athlete distinction and was named to the Principal's Exemplary Honor Roll all four years
• Founder and President of the Hope Club

• Majoring in earth system sciences with a minor in global sustainability
• Member of the Link Cru, Pink Ribbon Club, and Helping Hand
• Parents are Adeela and Asim Syed
• Has three siblings, Umayr, Bilal, and Nadia
