IRVINE, Calif. -- The 2025 UC Irvine women's volleyball schedule will feature nine different conferences across four different states. Tickets are on sale now for the home schedule. 

"We look forward to competing with teams from a wide range of conferences," head coach Ashlie Hain said. "Each tournament will be a test for us in terms of what level we are capable of playing at. There will be several teams with conference championship experience as well as teams from conferences like the Big 12 and SEC. The variety of styles and systems will provide our team with exposure to defending those teams in our conference with similar styles of play. The challenge of the pre-season is an opportunity for growth and experience for some of our freshmen and new transfers. We should be well prepared to play another competitive conference schedule."

After an exhibition against San Diego State on August 23 at the Bren Events Center, the regular season starts in Ogden, Utah at the Wildcat Invitational August 29-30. UCI will take on Southern Utah, Nevada and host Weber State.

The Anteaters return home to host the UCI/adidas Invitational. UCI will meet Fresno State on Sept. 5, before taking on Colorado Sept. 6 and Penn on Sept. 7.

UC Irvine will spend the next two weekends on the road, heading to Oregon State Sept. 11-13 where they will tackle UNLV, Montana State and the host Beavers. Next, they will have a three-match stint in Nashville. The Anteaters will visit Lipscomb Sept. 18, Vanderbilt on Sept. 19 and Belmont on Sept. 20.

The Big West season starts at the Bren Events Center, hosting Black & Blue rival Long Beach State on Sept. 26 followed by UC San Diego Sept. 27. A trip to UC Riverside (Oct. 2) and UC Davis (Oct.4), proceed home matches against CSU Bakersfield (Oct. 10) and CSUN (Oct.11).

An always difficult road trip to Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara (Oct. 17 and 18) will prepare the Anteaters for their lone meeting with Hawaii on Oct. 21 on UCI's Court 21.

UCI will hit the road for three matches at Cal State Fullerton (Oct. 23), UC San Diego (Oct. 31) and Long Beach State (Nov. 1).

The Anteaters will be home for four of the final six matches, entertaining UC Davis (Nov. 7), UC Riverside (Nov. 8), UC Santa Barbara (Nov. 21) and Cal Poly (Nov. 22) with CSUN and CSU Bakersfield on the road in between.

The Big West Championship will be held at the Walter Pyramid on the campus of Long Beach State Nov. 26, 28-29.

UC Irvine is coming off a 16-14 season, winning 16 or more matches in five of the last seven years.
