LA JOLLA, Calif. - The UC Irvine women's track & field team wrapped up action at the Triton Invitational Saturday in La Jolla.

Jazzmine Davis led the Anteaters in the 100m hurdles, placing seventh out of 40 with a time of 14.05 seconds.
Sarah Ajayi (14.49),
Lauren Thai (14.52) and
Kailah McKenzie (14.54) added personal bests and placed among the top-15.

Hallena Sutherland clocked a season-best 24.35 to take seventh in a 200m field of 86 runners.
Samantha Bartz (25.18),
Aryel Coats (25.20) and
Faith McLeary (25.71) also ran season bests.

Alexis Alexander was 11th in the 400m, registering a season-best 57.28, while
Faith McLeary notched a season-best 12.47 in the 100m.

In the long jump,
Jolie Robinson had a top-five finish with a season-best 5.88 meters (19-3.5). Davis was also eighth with a season-best 5.66m (18-7), and
Chaselyn Amos placed among the top-20 with a season-best 5.29m (17-4.25).

In the elite section of the shot put,
Deandra Tyler took seventh at 15.07 meters (49-5.5).

McKenzie and Robinson both cleared 1.57m (5-1.75) in the high jump.

UC Irvine has multiple meets next week with the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 11-13), Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (April 11), Beach Invitational (April 12-13) and Leopard Distance Carnival (April 12).
