The Dons (1-1) held the early advantage, taking the doubles point with identical 6-3 triumphs on courts two and three.

The 'Eaters quickly evened it up in singles with Rithvik Krishna's 6-3, 6-1 victory over Giovanni Branchetti at No. 4. Krishna remained unbeaten in dual matches at 3-0.
