PROVO, Utah -- Sophomore
Kiana Briggs shot a three-under par 69 to start the Timpanogos Collegiate Invitational at the Timpanogos Golf Club Sunday.
Briggs is tied for seventh after the first day, firing three birdies and an eagle on the 10h hole for her round of 69.
The Anteaters are tied for 10
th on the leader board with an opening round of 293.
Freshman
Alyson Sor began her collegiate career with a round of one over 73, also recording three birdies. She sits in a tie for 36
th place.
Junior
Charlotte Ryoo had three birdies and was tied for 50
th with a score of 74, while sophomore
Jasmine Chen shot a 77 and is tied for 76
th. Senior
Coco Yang is tied for 92
nd with a score of 80.
The tournament continues tomorrow with a 8:30 a.m. shotgun start.
