IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine dropped the final match of the adidas/UCI Invitational to San Francisco, 1-3 (25-19, 21-25, 21-25, 18-25) at the Bren Events Center Sunday afternoon.
The Anteaters (0-3) hit a season-high .220 (56-20-164) and out-dug the Dons, 81-79.

FIRST SET

THIRD SET

UCI travels to the Windy City Classic Thursday-Saturday, playing host Chicago State in the opening match at 4:00 p.m. PT. The Anteaters will then take on Southeast Missouri State Friday and Jacksonville State Saturday before returning home to host Boson College next Sunday (Sept. 3) at 1:00 p.m. at the Bren Events Center.
