IRVINE, Calif. – UC Irvine setter Nicole Feliciano earned her second Big West Freshman of the Week honor after guiding the Anteaters to an upset of then-No. 25 UC Santa Barbara.

She posted her 11th double-double of the season in the win over the Gauchos with a career-high 46 set assists and a career-best 19 digs. She also had four kills and two block assists in the win.

Against Cal Poly, she had 45 set assists and nine digs, while hitting .625 with six kills on eight swings and just one error. She recorded a career-high five block assists plus an ace. The Anteaters hit .333 versus the Mustangs, the second highest percentage of the season.

Overall last week, the freshman averaged 10.11 set assists, 3.11 digs and 1.11 kills.

Feliciano, who won her first award on Sept. 4, is fourth in the Big West in set assists at 7.70 per set and 15^th in digs  at 2.59.

UCI is on the road this week traveling to UC Davis (Nov. 2) Thursday and UC Riverside Saturday.
