IRVINE, Calif. -- Following Fall competition, UC Irvine is the top Big West school in the LEARFIELD Directors' Cup Division I standings.
The Anteaters received 64.00 points from women's soccer's Sweet 16 run and ranked 104th overall among the 206 Division I institutions that made the list.
UCI was tied for 14
th nationally among non-football schools and was the eighth-best from the state of California.
The LEARFIELD Directors' Cup was developed as a joint effort between the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) and
USA Today. Points are awarded based on each institution's finish in NCAA Championships.
