FULLERTON, Calif. - Sophomore Kassidy Sani represented the UC Irvine women's track & field team at the Titan Tune-Up Friday evening at Cal State Fullerton.
Sani competed in the discus, finishing fifth overall, and third among collegiate athletes, with a toss of 154-10. It was her fifth-best mark of the season, following an impressive series at The Battle in the OC where she had four attempts that surpassed 156 feet including a personal-record 165-10.
Sani and the rest of the Anteaters will head to UC Davis next weekend for the Big West Championships, May 13-14.
