Men's Basketball Announces 2022-23 Season Promotional Schedule

IRVINE, Calif. โย The UC Irvine fan experience at home games will be bolstered by several exciting promotions during the remainder of the season.ย

The Anteaters have started the season strong, defeating then No. 21 Oregon in Eugene 69-56. UCI currently holds a 3-0 record in the Bren this season, extending their current win streak on their home court to eight.
ย
The non-conference schedule doesn't get any easier as UCI hosts two big mid-major opponents in the Bren during the month of December including Fresno State (Dec. 3) and Harvard (Dec. 20).

Big West play kicks off in Irvine against Black and Blue Rival, Long Beach State (Jan. 7) and concludes with CSU Bakersfield on March 4.

HOME GAME PROMOTIONS
Teddy Bear Toy Toss- Saturday, December 3rd (vs. Fresno State)
All fans are encouraged to bring a plush, unwrapped toy to throw onto the court during a special halftime activity.

All toys collected will support the UCIPD toy drive and will be distributed to local children's organizations including children being cared for at UCI Health.ย

Scout Night- Saturday, December 3rd (vs. Fresno State)
Organize your Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Girl Scout or other troop for this game! All scouts who attend in uniform are eligible to receive a special UCI Scout Patch.*

Black Friday Offer -ย Be A Student For a Game- Tuesday, December 20th (vs. Harvard)
Fans who purchase this special ticket package will get a chance to sit (or stand!) in the UCI Student Section* while they are away for winter break.

White Out Game- Thursday, January 19th (vs. Hawai'i)
Fans are encouraged to wear white to this game. A limited number of white UCI basketball t-shirts will be distributed to fans on a first-come, first-serve basis. Promotional shirt size options are medium (M) or extra-large (XL). Sizes not guaranteed.

Hall of Fame Game- Saturday, January 28th (vs. CSUN)
Join the Anteaters as we introduce our 2022-2023 UC Irvine Athletics Hall of Fame class during a special halftime ceremony.

Seven Anteaters will be honored in this year's Hall of Fame class.

UC Irvine Homecoming Game- Saturday, February 11th (vs. UC Riverside)
Join thousands of Anteaters during this special day on campus which culminates in the Homecoming Game.

The Homecoming game is currently available through season tickets or mini plans. Any remaining single game tickets will go on-sale January 2023.
