MALIBU, Calif. - The UC Irvine men's tennis team wrapped up the third day of action at the ITA Southwest Regional Championships Saturday at Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center.

Brandon Park went 2-0 in singles, starting with a 6-4, 7-6 (5) victory over John Bryan Otico of Loyola Marymount. Park then took down Arizona State's Nicola Cigna in straight sets, 6-4, 7-5.

Noah Zamora was also 1-1 against a pair of Pac-12 opponents. He started the afternoon with an impressive 6-7 (6), 6-3, 13-11 comeback win over Jay Friend of Arizona, but was unable to carry the momentum into his second match where he dropped a 6-1, 6-4 decision to Jacob Bullard (Arizona State).

Rithvik Krishna added another victory for the 'Eaters, dispatching Andy Hernandez of Hawai'i, 6-2, 6-2.

In doubles action, Park teamed up with
Ali Amiri to blank UC San Diego's Sanjith Devineni/Diogo Tinoco, 8-0.
Enrique Luque Rico and Zamora also went down to the wire with UA's Friend/Dominique Rolland but were edged 8-7 (6).
