LONG BEACH, Calif. – No. 12 UC Irvine men's water polo dropped its regular season finale to No. 5 Long Beach State, 12-5, Saturday afternoon at Ken Lindgren Aquatics Center.
UCI concludes the regular season with an 8-12 overall record and 1-4 in conference play. The Beach improve to 20-5 on the year and a perfect 5-0 mark in GCC action.
The Anteaters will be the No. 6 seed at next weekend's GCC Tournament and will play No. 3 UC Santa Barbara at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 19.

> LBSU stretched its lead, 9-3, as 1:13 remained in the quarter
> Kedzie would score with 36 seconds remaining before Abdelrahman Soliman fired in a goal for the Beach at the 12 second mark to go up, 11-4
Quarter Four
> LBSU opened the final quarter with a goal at 7:42
> Kedzie scored his second of the day at 7:03 before the Zaan added one more to give LBSU the 12-5 victory
