IRVINE, Calif - UC Irvine fell on the road to Big West opponent UC Davis, 5-2, Sunday afternoon. 

The Anteaters move to a  5-5 overall record and 0-2 in the Big West Conference.

She didn't want to lose! Her game seemed to get better and better under pressure. Steph battled a very talented player and put herself in a great position to take the first set. They both went after each other with everything they had, was fun to watch. Great intensity on court one! Arianna did a good job of putting more pressure on her opponent in the second set. And of course, number two doubles was clutch and played with great teamwork and strategy. It was also great to see all the family and friends at both matches, we really appreciated it."
