IRVINE, Calif - The UCI Women's Tennis team defeated UC Santa Cruz today on the road, 9-0.

The 'Eaters improve to 5-4 overall in the season.

INSIDE THE MATCH
 > The Anteaters took all three of the doubles matches in dominant fashion
> The team of Jenna Schlatter and Jessica Tsukiji earned a win over Vivian Lee and Sam Scarlett, 8-0, at No. 3 doubles
> Alyssia Fossorier and Stephanie Nguyen played at the No. 2 position and won, 8-0, over Savana McDowell and Angelina Powers
 > Flora Amiri and Arianna Tilbury teamed up against Kayla Manz and Ines Pelvang at the No. 1 doubles spot and walked away with an 8-4 victory
 > UCI continued its dominance into the singles matches
 > Tsukiji played against UCSC's Manz  at the No. 1 singles position and won with a 6-2, 6-0 score
 > Halla Alajeely would step into the No. 2 singles spot and win 6-2, 6-1 against Lee
> No. 3 singles saw Tilbury win 6-4, 6-4 win over McDowell 
 > Schlatter played on the No. 4 court against Pelvang, winninng by a final score of 6-0, 6-1
> On the fifth court, Fossorier played Sam Scarlett and did not drop a point, 6-0, 6-0
 > Jacqueline Tsodikova at the No. 6 position and would have a powerful showing with a 6-0, 6-0 win over Dalia Garcia
