USTFCCCA Release

IRVINE, Calif. - UC Irvine men's cross country was named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Team as announced by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
 
The Anteater men combined for a 3.08 cumulative grade-point average to earn their first USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award since 2014.  
 
To qualify for All-Academic Team recognition, programs must have a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Overall, there were 427 teams, including 195 on the men's side, that received All-Academic distinction.
 
Back in January, the 'Eaters also had four individuals selected to the Big West All-Academic Team - Ashton Garcia, Jhamani Long, Jon Rodriguez and Hector Garcia.
