SARATOGA, Calif. ā The 11
th-ranked UC Irvine men's water polo team overcame a five-goal deficit in the first quarter to seal an 11-10 victory over No. 18 San Jose State, Saturday in Saratoga.
With the win, UCI improves to 8-10 overall and 1-2 in Golden Coast Conference (GCC) play. The Spartans fall to 6-14 on the season and 0-3 in the conference.
