Janet Yeo Leads UC Irvine On Day 2 Of Ram Classic

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – UC Irvine had trouble battling the windy conditions and fell to ninth place after the second round of Colonel Wollenberg Ptarmigan Ram Classic at the Ptarmigan Country Club.
The Anteaters shot a second round of 305 and are in ninth place with a 36-hole total of 590. San Jose State took over the team lead with a score of 575 (290-285).
Junior Janet Yeo led the Anteaters with a round of 73 Monday and moved up to 23rd place with a two-day score of 148 (75-73). Avery French is in 13th place at 145 (67-78) and Kaley In is in 17th place at 146 (70-76).
Breanne Jones sits in 47th position with a score of (73-78) and Danielle Lee is 82nd at 167 (84-83).
Playing as an individual, sophomore Sabrina Li skimmed five shots off her first round score and is in 57th place with a score of 153 (79-74).
The tournament concludes with 18 holes Tuesday.
