IRVINE, Calif. - As we count down the days until the women's basketball season opener on Friday, Nov. 10, we will get to know more about the four returnees, starting with senior guard
Sydney Hua.
Â
Hua, who is one of only two seniors on the roster, saw limited action last year due to injuries. She missed the first eight games before making her Anteater debut with a season-best six points and seven rebounds against Sacramento State. Hua previously attended Los Angeles Valley College where she was the only student-athlete from a California Community College recognized as a 2016 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar.
