Kaley In Finishes Ninth In Fall Finale

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- Kaley In had her second top 10 finish of the season to lead UC Irvine at the UC Irvine Invitational that concluded Tuesday at the Santa Ana Country Club.
In had a three round total of 219 (73-69-77), leading UCI with a ninth place finish.
Avery French was tied for 18th with a score of 223 (73-74-76), while Janet Yeo was tied for 21st with a two-day score of 225 (75-73-77). Breanne Jones was tied for 37th at 229 (72-76-81) and Danielle Lee was tied for 59th at 239 (75-83-81).
The Anteaters placed sixth with a 54-hole total of 896 (293-292-311) in the final tournament of the fall schedule. Long Beach State won the team title (879) and Katrina Prendergast was the medalist (207).
The entire UCI squad was in action for the home tournament. Sabrina Li was tied for 52 with a score of 236 (77-79-80), Kelsey Kawaguchi was tied for 59th with Lee at 239 (78-81-80) and Jessica Goodman finished in 62th place with a score of 241 (78-80-83). Camille Wagg placed in a tie for 63rd with a score of 243 (82-78-83), Jacqui Ngo was tied for 66th at 249 (82-81-86) and Joy Kim was tied for 69th at 255 (89-80-86).
