
Women's Golf Hosts UC Irvine Invitational Monday

Irvine, Calif. – The UC Irvine women's golf team will host the UC Irvine Invitational Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 30-31) at the Santa Ana Country Club.
Teams will begin play on Monday at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start, playing 36 holes then conclude with 18 holes Tuesday. Tee times on Tuesday start at 7:45 a.m. off of Holes 1 and 10.
The newly re-designed Santa Ana course will play at 6,129 yards and par 72.
The tournament field includes UC Irvine, Colorado State, Long Beach State, San Francisco, Pepperdine, Cal State Fullerton, Idaho, UC Riverside, Northern Illinois as well individuals from UCLA, San Diego State and Fresno State.
The Anteaters will wear pink uniforms during Monday's round in support of Breast Cancer Awareness. It is the final event of UCI's Think Pink campaign in the month of October.
