Avery French Nabs Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater Of The Week

IRVINE, Calif. -- Women's golfer Avery French has been honored as this week's Buffalo Wild Wings Anteater of the Week after her impressive performance at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.
The graduate student shot back-to-back rounds of 69 to finish in a tie for sixth place (138) at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown. French, who earned her undergraduate degree from UNLV, is the second Anteater to post consecutive rounds in the 60s in UCI hostory. It is her second top 10 finish of the year.
At the end of the fall schedule, French leads UCI with a 74.55 scoring average.
The Anteaters will be back in action in the spring, competing at the Battle of the Rock Feb. 13-14 at the Oak Quarry Golf Course.
