IRVINE, Calif. --- The Anteaters completed the 7-0 sweep over Hawai'i Friday afternoon at Anteater Tennis Stadium.

UCI (18-12, 3-1) wrapped up doubles before finishing the third set to take an early, 1-0, lead.

Hawai'I (6-12, 0-4) took one opening singles set, but Jonathan Hammel came back to take the set and complete the sweep. The 'Eaters swept the other five points with No. 1 Sebastian Heim clinching the match.

The win sets UCI up for a shot at the Big West title at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, April 19, against UC Davis. The 'Eaters will have a better idea of what seed they could earn Sunday from Saturday's matches. UCI can still land as the No. 1, 3, or 4 seed in the tournament.
