UCI begins a four-game home stand hosting Northern Arizona on Friday (Dec. 4) at 7:00 p.m. and Nevada Sunday (Dec. 6) at 2:00 p.m. Both contests are at the Bren Events Center.
UCI and NAU are tied 2-2 in the series records. The Lumberjacks beat UCI 66-35 in Flagstaff last year.
Northern Arizona is 2-4 overall, dropping a pair of losses to Long Beach State and New Mexico State last weekend and beating New Mexico Highlands, 91-43 on Tuesday.
The Wolf Pack is still in search of its first win of the year (0-6) after falling in both games of the annual Nugget Classic.
Nevada put up 24 three-point attempts vs. Middle Tennessee, which ranks in the single-game top-10 in the Wolf Pack record book.
Raelyn Cheung-Sutton is ranked 12th in the nation in assists per game (6.40). She dished 12 assists against Southern Utah which is tied for 8th most in the country this year.
Cheung-Sutton and Irene Chavez lead the team in scoring at 8.8 per contest.
Chavez is fourth in the Big West in free throw percentage (.833), while Mokun Fajemisin is third in rebounding (8.8) and fifth in blocked shots (1.20).
Fajemisin is third on the team averaging 8.2 points per game.
UCI lost both games at the LMU Thanksgiving Classic, falling to Princeton (83-42) and Loyola Marymount (95-50).
Cheung-Sutton led UCI against LMU, scoring 11 over her 13 points in the second quarter.
Versus Princeton, Jenny Dee had a team-high nine points on two fourth quarter three-pointers.
